My Story - How All Began...
My journey to becoming a transformational coach has been shaped by my own life experiences and the challenges I faced growing up. From a young age, I witnessed firsthand the impact of life’s adversities. After my parents divorced when I was just 8 years old and my mother passed away during my teenage years, I was forced to grow up quickly and navigate life on my own.
As the eldest sibling, I took on the role of a caregiver to my younger brothers and sisters, which taught me responsibility and leadership at a young age. Balancing this new role with the grief of losing my mother, I began to play my leadership role with hard labor, becoming a farmer in my teenage years. This period of my life instilled in me the value of hard work, perseverance, and resilience.
Despite my efforts, I encountered numerous disappointments, including setbacks as a sprinter, which only fueled my curiosity about why some people succeed while others do not. I began to question why life seemed fair to some and cruel to others, and why certain people could unlock their potential while others struggled to find their way.
These questions ignited a deep desire within me to make a difference. I realized that everyone has the potential to succeed if given the right guidance, support, and opportunities. This realization drove me to commit my life to helping others find their path, become their best selves, and achieve their dreams, especially women who, like me, have faced unique challenges.
My experiences have taught me that success is not reserved for a select few but is possible for everyone. I am driven by the passion to see others succeed and transform their lives, just as I have transformed mine through resilience, determination, and the right mindset. This is why I dedicate my life to coaching and mentoring, guiding individuals on their journey to becoming influential leaders and agents of change.
